Metadata is data within the CMS that describes an asset. Here the asset can also be an event location/venue. Common fields such as title, summary, user rating or location address provide quick information about the venue.

Step-1: Log-in to the cadjin Platform.

Step-2: In the left side menu, go to the Metadata section.

Step-3: Under Metadata menu, you can find Custom Field. Here you can create and add fully customized metadata related to any content, artist or venue/location etc.

Step-4: In Custom Field, first give a Name to your Metadata Field.

Step-5: Then select the Entity Type to which the new Metadata is going to associate/relate. In the dropdown menu, you can find three entity types i.e. Content, Artist and Venue. Select Venue. (Usually Venue refers to any geographycal location such as stadium where the live match is going on, a Club where a music concert is happening or a Conference room/classromm where the live seminar is going on. A venue can also be a Town Hall, a studio, a city or an institute.)

Step-6: After selecting the Entity Type, select the Field Type.

Step-7: After selecting the Field Type, give the possible options related to Content.
