How to check conflicts while shceduling an IPTV Program?

Step-1: Log-in to the Cadjin CMS.

Step-2: In the left side menu, go to the Contents section which is under Digital library section. Here you can see previously created contents.

Step-3: Select the IPTV Video type content which you want to schedule. Then, click on the more option, i.e. Three dots at the lower right corner of the content thumbnail. Here you can see Preview, Share, Edit and Delete options. Select the Edit option.

Step-4: Now you can edit your previously created TV Program content. Click on the Save & Next button and skip the steps of the content creation flow like, providing Content Details (title, description, category, thumbnail, banner image etc.), General Settings (artist, metadata, content partner etc.) and go to the last step of the content creation flow, i.e. Set Pricing & Publish.



Step-5: In the final step of the IPTV Program content creation, you need to provide the Publishing details. Here you need to schedule the TV Program in the IPTV Channel.
A conflict may arise while providing the time slot for the program, i.e. START TIME and END TIME of the TV Program. If there is already a TV Program scheduled in the same IPTV Channel, within the same time slot, then we can say it is a conflict of program schedule. You will not be allowed to publish a TV Program whithin the same time slot of another TV Program in an IPTV Channel.

Step-6: To resolve the publising time slot conflict, you need to check the available free time slots in the IPTV Channel. For this, click on the View Available Slot button - .
It will open all the program schedules of the IPTV Channel as a calendar view. Here you can find the blank/free time slots and schedule the current TV Program accordingly.
