How to integrate a Payment Gateway ?

A payment gateway is a network through which your customers transfer funds to you. Hence you should integrate your Platform with a Payment Gateway before activating any Pricing Plan. Using the right payment gateway makes collecting customer payments smooth and hassle-free. Cadjin supports all the major and popular payment gateways across the world like Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Paystack, authorize.net, CC Avenue, Mollie etc. Apart from available payment gateways, Cadjin also supports any customer specific payment gateway. Following is the steps to integrate a Payment gateway to you platform.

Step-1: Log-in to the Cadjin CMS .

Step-2: In the left side menu, under 'Pricing'section, go to the 'Payment Gateway" section.

Step-3: Under the Payment Gateway you can click on the gateways you want to use for payment. (In the help video, the example of 'Stripe' Payment Gateway is shown)

Step-4: Click on Connect button. A new pop op will appear. It will ask the credentials to connect with the Payment Gateway. Provide the credentials like Client Publishable_Key and Client Secret_Key and then click on connect. Your new payment gateway is created Successfully. But it is not done yet !

Step-5: You need to verify the payment gateway connection. For that click on the Verify button (Orange color). It will autometically verify and if the given credentials are correct, the orange 'Verify' button turns to Verified (Green color). That's it ! The payment gateway is successfully integrated.

Note: Here, in the help video, the example of Stripe Payment Gateway is shown. However, different payment gateway may ask for different credentials. For example, Paypal and RazorPay may ask for client_id and client_secret key, Pay-U may ask Merchant_Key and Merchant_Salt, Mollie may ask for Api_Key only etc.
